CVC DIF is the mid-market infrastructure equity fund manager within CVC. It traces back to DIF, established in 2005 by Maarten Koopman and Menno Witteveen to invest in European public-private partnerships. In 2026 its Value-Add IV fund agreed to co-acquire BauWatch with Carlyle.[1][2]
