Carrywatch is a public archive of private equity deals posted on @carrywatch on X. The site has no accounts, sign-ups or forms, and it does not ask you for personal information.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Links to X take you to X. What happens there is covered by X's own privacy policy.

Records name people and companies as they appear in the public announcements summarized in each post. If a record names you and you have a question about it, contact us through @carrywatch on X.
