Can I get a refund?
No. Payments are non-refundable. Cancel anytime and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, anytime, in two clicks. Nothing more is charged.
What happens to the founding price if prices go up?
Nothing. Founding members keep $49 a month or $490 a year for as long as they stay subscribed. If you cancel, the founding price ends with it.
Does my contacts file get uploaded?
No. It is read in your browser and never sent to us. Only the people and firms you choose to follow are saved. See our privacy policy.
