InPost.
InPost is a European out-of-home parcel delivery company, listed on Euronext Amsterdam, that Rafał Brzoska founded in Poland in 1999. It operates more than 61,000 automated parcel machines and over 33,000 pick-up and drop-off points across nine European countries. In February 2026 a consortium of Advent, FedEx, Brzoska's A&R and PPF agreed a recommended all-cash offer valuing it at €7.8 billion.[1][2]
