The Baldwin Group is the brand of The Baldwin Insurance Group, a Nasdaq-listed independent insurance distribution firm offering risk management, insurance and employee benefits advice to more than three million clients. In September 2026 it agreed to go private in a deal valued at about $7.7 billion, with Sequence Holdings and DFO Management taking a majority stake at $32.50 a share.[1]
