Hydrofarm Holdings Group said its subsidiaries sold all shares of Aurora Peat Products to 2817049 Alberta Ltd. for $16 million, subject to adjustments. The company said the net proceeds will reduce debt under its $125 million senior secured term loan. [01]

The deal also included a $5 million secured promissory note from the buyer, representing a deferred portion of the purchase price, and a supply agreement between Hydrofarm LLC and Aurora Peat Products. [01]
