AGCO gains majority stake in Trimble agricultural joint venture
What happened
AGCO Corporation and Trimble Inc. completed a transaction involving Trimble’s OneAg agricultural business and AGCO’s interest in JCA Technologies. The joint venture is owned 85% by AGCO and 15% by Trimble.
AGCO paid $1.954 billion in cash for membership interests in the joint venture, subject to customary working capital and other adjustments.
