(the “Company”), entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement (the “Asset Purchase Agreement”) with Q32 Bio Operations Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (“Q32 Bio Operations” and, together with the Company, the “Seller”), and Akebia Therapeutics, Inc.
