Simulations Plus, Inc. completed its acquisition by affiliates of Altaris, LLC, the company said on October 6, 2026. Each Simulations Plus shareholder received $18.50 in cash per share, and the stock will no longer trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. [01]

Simulations Plus is being combined with Chemical Computing Group, an Altaris portfolio company, and will keep operating under its own name and brand. [01]
