Altitude Acquisition Corp. and Vesicor Therapeutics, Inc. entered into a business combination agreement dated Feb. 29, 2024. Altitude Merger Sub I, Inc. will merge with Vesicor Therapeutics, Inc., which will continue as a wholly owned subsidiary of PubCo.
The agreement defines enterprise value as $70,000,000 plus closing cash, minus closing indebtedness. Vesicor Therapeutics, Inc. is developing a cancer therapeutic.
