AMCON agrees to purchase Burklund distribution assets
What happened
AMCON Distributing Company agreed to purchase substantially all of Burklund Distributors, Inc.’s wholesale distribution assets. The agreement was signed on March 11, 2024.
The purchase price is approximately $18.9 million, plus or minus working capital adjustments. The transaction is expected to close in AMCON’s third quarter of fiscal 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
