What happened
Amcor plc completed its merger with Berry Global Group on April 30, 2025. Berry Global Group survived the merger as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amcor plc.
Under the merger terms, each eligible Berry Global Group common share was converted into 7.25 Amcor plc ordinary shares, with cash in lieu of fractional shares where applicable.
