Amentum Holdings, Inc. merged with and into Jacobs Solutions Inc.’s SpinCo, which survived the merger and now operates as an independent public company. The transaction included Jacobs’ Critical Mission Solutions business and portions of its Divergent Solutions business.
Jacobs received a cash payment of approximately $0.9 billion, subject to adjustments.
