AmpliTech Group, Inc. signed an amendment on Aug. 6, 2026, to its asset purchase agreement with Titan Crest, LLC and an affiliate. The amendment lowers the aggregate purchase price to $7,000,000 from $8,000,000 and changes how the remaining balance is paid. [01]

The change followed delays in product deliveries from Titan and its affiliate, which the filing says held up development of 5G ORAN radio products. Titan was released from most of its remaining covenants and indemnification duties, and the affiliate took on those obligations. [01]
