What happened

Funds advised by Apax have agreed to acquire the Odido shareholding held by co-investor funds advised by Warburg Pincus. The two firms have been shareholders in the Dutch telecom operator since 2022. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. [01]

Odido serves around 8 million consumers and businesses with mobile, fixed internet, TV and business connectivity, through 118 shops nationwide.
