AppFolio adds LiveEasy concierge platform to its business
What happened
AppFolio, Inc. acquired all of the shares of Move EZ, Inc., d/b/a LiveEasy. LiveEasy operates a concierge platform connecting renters and homeowners with providers for utilities, internet and cable, moving, home security, and more.
The holders of LiveEasy’s outstanding shares and other equity interests received aggregate consideration of approximately $80 million in cash, subject to customary post-closing working capital adjustments. AppFolio will also issue approximately $6 million in time-based restricted stock units to certain continuing LiveEasy employees.
