Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc. has completed the sale of the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa in Avon, Colorado, to Apres Owner, LLC. The sale was made under an agreement dated April 27, 2026, for $176 million in cash, subject to customary pro-rations and adjustments. [01]

The company used part of the proceeds to repay a $70.5 million mortgage loan secured by the hotel and kept about $104.5 million of net proceeds. The sale was announced in a June 1, 2026 press release. [01]
