(“atai” or the “Company”) completed its previously announced acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Beckley Psytech Limited (“Beckley Psytech”) not already owned by the Company (the “Acquisition”) from the shareholders of Beckley Psytech, pursuant to that certain Share Purchase Agreement, dated as of June 2, 2025, by and among the parties thereto, as amended (the “Purchase Agreement”).”
