What happened

Blockchain Coinvestors Acquisition Corp. I entered into a Business Combination Agreement with Linqto, Inc. and BCSA Merger Sub I, Inc. Under the agreement, BCSA Merger Sub I, Inc. will merge into Linqto, Inc., which will continue as a wholly owned subsidiary of New Linqto.

Linqto’s enterprise value is approximately $700 million, subject to certain adjustments. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2024, subject to approvals and other closing conditions.
