Bridge Investment Group Holdings Inc. completed its $320.1 million cash purchase of substantially all of the business of Newbury Partners LLC, an investment manager focused on private equity fund interests acquired through secondary transactions.
Newbury has raised more than $6.2 billion across five dedicated funds and invested in over 500 underlying interests on behalf of more than 250 limited partners worldwide.
