What happened
Brilliant Acquisition Corporation completed its business combination with Nukkleus Inc. on Dec. 22, 2023. Following the transaction, Nukkleus Inc. became a wholly owned subsidiary of Brilliant, which changed its name to Nukkleus Inc.
Nukkleus Common Stock and Nukkleus Warrants began trading on Nasdaq on Dec. 26, 2023.
