What happened

Brite, a managed IT and cybersecurity provider backed by Sole Source Capital, has acquired Xobee Networks, a Fresno, California managed IT and cybersecurity firm. Terms weren't disclosed.

Xobee was founded 30 years ago by Eric Rawn. The deal gives Brite a significant operating presence on the West Coast and is Sole Source Capital's second investment in managed services.
