(“West Madison”), a Brynwood Partners portfolio company and the manufacturer and marketer of Dean’s Dips and Marie’s salad dressings, announced today that it has acquired The Flavor of California, LLC (“Flavor of California” or the “ Company ”), the holding company of the Bob’s Big Boy Salad Dressings & Dips (“Bob’s Big Boy”) license, from the ownership group comprised of the current CEO, Julie Pantiskas, and Salt Creek Capital.”

What happened

Brynwood Partners, through its portfolio company West Madison Foods, the maker of Dean’s Dips and Marie’s salad dressings, acquired The Flavor of California, which holds the Bob’s Big Boy Salad Dressings & Dips license. The sellers were CEO Julie Pantiskas and Salt Creek Capital. The Bob’s Big Boy restaurants are not part of the deal. [01]
