What happened
Clarus Corporation and Everest/Sapphire Acquisition, LLC agreed to sell the Precision Sport segment to Bullseye Acquisitions, LLC. The segment includes Sierra Bullets, L.L.C. and Barnes Bullets – Mona, LLC.
Bullseye Acquisitions agreed to pay $175 million in cash at closing, subject to a customary working capital adjustment. The segment makes and markets bullets and ammunition for military, law enforcement and commercial/consumer markets.
