Camtech to purchase OpGen’s Unyvero contracts and systems
What happened
Camtech Pte Ltd agreed to buy OpGen, Inc.’s commercial customer contracts and installed base of Unyvero systems for $218,000.
OpGen also offered Camtech the opportunity to purchase remaining Unyvero inventory and assets for up to an additional $176,000. The transaction is expected to close in May 2024.
