Complete Solaria, Inc. entered into a stalking horse asset purchase agreement with SunPower Corporation and its direct and indirect subsidiaries for assets related to the Blue Raven Solar business, New Homes business, and non-installing Dealer network.
The agreement provides for $45,000,000 in cash at closing, subject to its terms and conditions.
