L.B. Foster Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, CXT Incorporated, acquired the operating assets of Dulworth Enterprises, Inc. on Oct. 28, 2026. The purchase price was $52,180,000 in cash, subject to customary indemnification holdbacks.
Dulworth Enterprises, Inc. specializes in residential wastewater precast products and Aeris aerobic treatment systems. The business will be integrated into L.B. Foster Company’s Precast Concrete Products business unit.
