What happened
Kaival Brands Innovations Group, Inc. entered into a merger and share exchange agreement involving Delta Corp Holdings Limited, Delta Corp Holdings Limited, KAVL Merger Sub Inc. and Delta Corp Cayman Limited.
The transaction values Pubco at $301 million as of closing. Kaival Brands and Delta will become wholly owned subsidiaries of Pubco upon consummation.
