Enservco Adds Buckshot Trucking to Its Business
What happened
Enservco Corporation completed its acquisition of Buckshot Trucking LLC on Aug. 8, 2024. The transaction was for all of Buckshot Trucking LLC’s issued and outstanding membership interests.
The purchase agreement set a $5,000,000 base amount, subject to a net working capital adjustment, plus up to $500,000 in Enservco Corporation common stock. The amended terms included cash consideration and promissory notes.
