Eton Pharmaceuticals, Inc. acquired the U.S. rights to HEMANGEOL® (propranolol) oral solution from Pierre Fabre Medicament Sas on Feb. 27, 2026, through a licensing agreement. HEMANGEOL is an Orphan Drug for proliferating infantile hemangioma that requires systemic therapy. [01]

Eton will pay $14.0 million upfront plus an 8% royalty on net sales for the life of the product's patent protection. It will also buy about $1.5 million of inventory at closing and an estimated $0.7 million more in May 2026. Cash on hand financed the deal. [01]
