Farmers National Banc Corp. has completed its merger with Middlefield Banc Corp., with Middlefield merging into Farmers as the surviving entity. Middlefield shareholders receive 2.6 Farmers common shares for each of their shares, with cash paid in lieu of fractional shares. [01]
