Galecto, Inc. completed its purchase of global rights to Bridge Medicines LLC’s BRM-1420 program on Oct. 7, 2024. The program is a dual ENL-YEATS and FLT3 inhibitor for multiple genetic subsets of acute myeloid leukemia.
