Germfree to purchase Orgenesis mobile processing units

Germfree Laboratories LLC entered into a binding term sheet with Orgenesis Maryland LLC for the purchase of five Orgenesis Mobile Processing Units and Labs. The units will be incorporated into Germfree’s lease fleet and leased back to Orgenesis Maryland.
