What happened
Global Tech Industries, Inc. entered into a merger agreement for its wholly owned subsidiary to merge with AIversity LLC, d/b/a Traders GPT. AIversity will become the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary after the merger.
The agreement provides for 1,000 shares of the Company’s newly designated Series B Preferred Stock to be issued to AIversity’s shareholder.
