What happened
Grafiti Holding Inc. completed its business combination with Damon Motors Inc., which was renamed Damon Inc. at closing. XTI Aerospace, Inc. received Damon securities, including common stock and warrants.
Damon common shares were also distributed to participating XTI Aerospace securityholders. The shares were expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “DMN” on Nov. 18, 2024.
