Heramba GmbH and Heramba Holdings, Inc. completed the purchase of majority control of Kiepe Electric from subsidiaries of Knorr-Bremse Systeme für Schienenfahrzeuge GmbH. Knorr-Bremse will continue to own 15% of Kiepe Electric and remain a strategic partner.
Kiepe Electric provides systems and components for the electrification of trains and buses, primarily for urban public transport.
