HPX Goldsboro Ashley Center LLC signed a Purchase and Sale Agreement on March 5, 2026 with MDR Ashley Plaza, LLC. Under it, HPX Goldsboro Ashley Center LLC agreed to buy a 156,012 square foot retail property at 201–221 North Berkeley Boulevard in Goldsboro, North Carolina, known as the Ashley Plaza Property. The price is $16,600,000, subject to prorations and adjustments. The buyer must make earnest money deposits of $150,000 within two business days of signing and another $150,000 within three business days after the due diligence period ends. The sale is expected to close within 90 days, though several closing conditions remain open. The filing was made by Medalist Diversified REIT, Inc. [01]
