What happened
Innovative Food Holdings, Inc. agreed to purchase substantially all of Golden Organics, Inc.’s business and assets used in its bulk organic ingredients and related food products wholesaling business. The agreement also provides for the assumption of certain liabilities.
The purchase price is $1,750,000, subject to net accounts receivable adjustments. The transaction is set to include a cash payment and a promissory note.
