International Business Machines Corporation completed its acquisition of HashiCorp, Inc. on Feb. 27, 2025. HashiCorp’s products automate and secure infrastructure for hybrid cloud applications and generative AI.
The deal included all of HashiCorp’s issued and outstanding common shares for $35 per share in cash, representing an enterprise value of $6.4 billion.
