KENILWORTH SYSTEMS CORPORATION agreed to acquire DC RENTAL PORTFOLIO LLC in exchange for 350,000,000 shares of common stock. The agreement was entered into on Feb. 6, 2025.
DC Rental, through its subsidiaries, owns or is acquiring income-producing residential housing units in the District of Columbia. The closing is expected on or before March 15, 2025.
