What happened
Keyera Corp. entered into an agreement to purchase Plains Midstream Canada ULC from a wholly-owned subsidiary of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. The filing describes the target as owning substantially all of PAA’s natural gas liquids business.
The cash purchase price is approximately C$5.15 billion, subject to adjustments. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
