L Squared Capital Partners has acquired Edko, a Bossier City, Louisiana vegetation management provider for electric utility, pipeline and refinery, oil and gas and renewables customers. Terms weren't disclosed.
Founded in 1961, Edko runs 36 branch locations across 30 states. It is the first platform investment from L Squared's $2 billion Fund V, and L Squared plans acquisitions to consolidate a fragmented market.
