LBC Tank Terminals Europe to buy Evolution Terminals
What happened
LBC Tank Terminals Europe B.V. agreed to buy Vision Energy Holdings AG’s 100% interest in Evolution Terminals B.V. under a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement dated Nov. 22, 2024.
The purchase price is EUR 20,000,000 less net debt. Vision Energy Corp said the sale constitutes a sale of substantially all of its assets.
