Ligand Pharmaceuticals said it completed its previously announced merger with XOMA Royalty Corporation on July 14, 2026. Under the merger agreement, Merger Sub merged into XOMA Royalty's holding company, which became a wholly owned subsidiary of Ligand. [01]
