LNW Gaming to purchase charitable gaming business from Grover Gaming
What happened
LNW Gaming, Inc. agreed to acquire assets and related liabilities that make up the charitable gaming business of Grover Gaming, Inc. and G2 Gaming, Inc. The agreement was signed Feb. 17, 2025.
Consideration includes $850 million in cash at closing, subject to customary purchase price adjustments, and up to $200 million in earn-out payments over four years. The transaction is expected to close during the second quarter of 2025, subject to approvals and customary closing conditions.
