Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany completed its acquisition of SpringWorks Therapeutics, Inc. on July 1, 2025. SpringWorks became a wholly owned subsidiary of Merck KGaA.
The merger agreement provided for cash consideration of $47.00 for each share of common stock, subject to applicable withholding taxes.
