Mubadala Capital completed its acquisition of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, a leader in U.S. out-of-home advertising, in a transaction valued at approximately $6.2 billion. The deal closed after all applicable regulatory approvals and approval by Clear Channel stockholders. [01]

Wade Davis has become Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Scott Wells, and has joined the Board as Executive Chairman. Clear Channel's common stock will cease trading and be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange. [01]
