What happened
Mueller Industries, Inc. agreed to purchase the outstanding equity interests of Nehring Electrical Works Company and certain affiliated entities from the Sellers. The acquisition is expected to close during the second quarter of 2024, subject to regulatory approval and customary conditions.
Consideration includes approximately $575 million in cash, subject to customary purchase price adjustments, plus an additional $25 million earn out.
