Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. completed its acquisition of assets from Midland Petro D.C. Partners, LLC and Collegiate Midstream LLC on Jan. 5, 2023. The acquired interests include a 39.958% working interest in the Mascot Project in the Midland Basin.

The unadjusted purchase price was $359.2 million. Northern Oil and Gas paid $320.0 million in cash at closing, subject to final post-closing adjustments.
