What happened
Athena Gold Corporation entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger and Amalgamation with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nova Athena Gold Corp. The transaction would make Nova Athena Gold Corp. the surviving corporation as Athena Gold redomesticates from Delaware to British Columbia.
The redomestication is subject to conditions, including approval by shareholders owning at least a majority of Athena Gold Corporation’s issued and outstanding shares.
